We present  a project for an individual house with an area of ​​450 m² in the prestigious area of ​​Koncha-Zaspa — the embodiment of modern architecture, high-quality materials and thoughtful aesthetic solutions. The project was created by our team taking into account the natural environment, climatic features of the site and the wishes of the customer to emphasize the lifestyle and status of the owners.
